01 / About the portal
A single, convenient, efficient platform
Arunachal Pradesh has developed a robust Single Window Portal, which is integrated with the National Single Window System (NSWS) of the Government of India.
Through this platform, an investor or applicant sitting in any part of the world can easily apply online for various licenses, NOCs, certificates, approvals, and other clearances, without the need for any physical touchpoint.
The Single Window Portal has successfully onboarded 6 key departments, namely Legal Metrology, Department of Industries, Fire & Emergency Services, Pasighat Municipal Corporation, Trade & Commerce, and the Arunachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board, offering a total of 14 services through the integrated platform.
The Government is further strengthening and expanding the Single Window ecosystem. The process of onboarding an additional 6 departments with 33 more services is currently underway. The portal is further strengthened by an Auto-Appeal System, which automatically escalates pending applications and ensures that eligible certificates and approvals are delivered within a guaranteed timeline of 30 days.
This seamless and transparent digital system simplifies procedures, reduces delays, improves accessibility, and provides investors with a single, convenient, and efficient platform to access government services. These initiatives are strengthening the Ease of Doing Business ecosystem and creating a more business-friendly, transparent, and investor-centric environment in Arunachal Pradesh.

If the department takes no action after the auto-alert, the system deems the license approved and issues the Certificate/License/NOC automatically — no follow-up required from the applicant.
