Arunachal Pradesh Innovation & Investment Park (APIIP)

APIIP is the Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, established to facilitate investments, promote entrepreneurship, and strengthen the innovation ecosystem within the State. Established in August 2021 under the Arunachal Pradesh Startup Policy, APIIP serves as the State’s first marquee incubator and a dedicated platform for investment facilitation, startup support, and ecosystem development.

APIIP actively works towards attracting domestic and external investments into Arunachal Pradesh by engaging with investors, startups, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners. The organisation closely collaborates with national agencies such as Invest India and the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER) to identify, promote, and facilitate investment opportunities across various sectors in the State. Through investor outreach, policy facilitation, business matchmaking, and ecosystem-building initiatives, APIIP aims to position Arunachal Pradesh as an emerging investment destination in Northeast India.

The APIIP facility has been developed as a comprehensive innovation and investment support hub equipped with modern co-working spaces, dedicated investor meeting rooms, mentor rooms, classrooms, office spaces, consultant workspaces, and a multi-purpose conference hall to support entrepreneurs, investors, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Activities of APIIP to facilitate Investment Promotion

Investor Engagement and Facilitation

Under the aegis of its Investment Promotion Division, APIIP actively engages with investors by understanding their business and investment requirements, facilitating connections with relevant stakeholders, resolving operational and policy-related queries, and supporting the overall investment process in the State.

Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) and Investment Promotion

APIIP is also responsible for supporting the implementation of Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) reforms in Arunachal Pradesh. Through investment facilitation, stakeholder coordination, policy advocacy, and investment promotion activities, APIIP contributes towards creating a more investor-friendly and business-conducive ecosystem in the State.
